GARP hands out Vegan Starter Kits and counsels people on the health, animal, environmental, worker rights and human welfare benefits of a vegan diet while addressing their concerns.

GARP works with FARM to promote awareness of the suffering involved in a non-vegan diet through the Pay-Per-View campaign.  The organizations set up mobile video screens at festivals, concerts and other events, and pay people $1 to view the 4-minute video “Farm to Fridge,” a Mercy for Animals video detailing factory farming and slaughterhouse practices.  Vegan starter kits and the dollar bill are given to the video’s watchers, with about 75% of people donating the dollar back to GARP or FARM.
